Beverly Bollenbecker

Responsibilities:
4-H Afterschool Coordinator is responsible for providing 4-H clubs in afterschool sites throughout Cabarrus County. Responsibilities also include training afterschool teachers using 4-H curriculum, providing programs for afterschool children and encouraging afterschool children become involved in traditional 4-H activities such as the talent show, National 4-H Week celebration, 4-H project books and electing 4-H club officers.

Experience and Education:
Employed by North Carolina Cooperative Extension Service in Cabarrus County for 16 years; 9 years as 4-H Afterschool Coordinator.
Basic School Age Care Statewide Trainer for four years.
Experience with training on the county, district and state level.
Secured over $120,000 in grant funding on behalf of the 4-H Afterschool Program in Cabarrus County over the past five years.
Served as Grant Manager for twelve School Age Care programs in Cabarrus County over the past five years.

Hobbies/Interests:
Camping, spending time with family and  reading
