Becky Troutman

Experience and Education:
Bachelor of Arts North Carolina State University, Charlotte, 1989
Began employment at Cooperative Extension, Cabarrus County Center on September 21. 1998. Previously employed with Cabarrus Workshop, Inc. for 14 years. Coordinated program plans that provided vocational, social and academic training to over 70 physically and mentally handicapped adults. Supervised and trained personnel in behavioral aspects of the program along with coordination of transportation, food service and a janitorial enclave.

A little about Becky:
One son, Adam, born November 10, 1990, who is a self professed "tractor" expert, and farmer. An adopted son, a pot bellied pig, named Harley born around September 2001. Solid black with white feet, big grin with tusks. We all happily share a century old home in the country with my dad. I enjoy acting in the local theatre and in a video release for local school systems about recycling. I enjoy crocheting bookmarks (because that is all I know how to crochet), cake decorating (when I don't have to wash the dishes) and water color painting. I like to volunteer in community projects and causes, learning about historical landmarks and spending time with my boyfriend John and my family.
