A little about Minnie:
Mitchell has worked professionally in community and leadership development in North Carolina and has also been active as a public speaker in Toastmasters International. She has achieved the Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM ) and Leadership Excellence and Competent Leader awards. Toastmasters International is the leading movement devoted to making effective oral communication a worldwide reality.

She conducts leadership development classes and provides motivational and educational training to adults and children on public speaking, conflict resolutions, parliamentary procedure, community asset building and officer training and economic literacy.
